Say hello to Spark!
Say hello to Spark!
September is National Suicide Prevention Month in the U.S., and World Suicide Prevention Day is September 10 globally. At Splunk we are leaning into this important topic by hosting global webinars and highlighting the RUOK Day initiative in Australia.
What we mean by wellbeing
At Splunk, we take a holistic approach to wellbeing. That means we look at the whole you when building our wellbeing programs. Our five pillars serve as the foundation for every resource we offer.
Managing your emotional energy affects the quality of emotions you bring to each moment and connection. Positive emotions help you be your best self, promoting innovation, inclusion, resilience and resourcefulness. Negative emotions can put you in survival mode, impairing your ability to recognize solutions and build lasting relationships.
By building your energy management skills, you can sharpen your focus and boost your solution awareness, competency, concentration and critical thinking. Skills in this dimension of energy management drive focused, clear and holistic decision-making.
Your physical energy is primarily influenced by nutrition, hydration, movement and sleep. By increasing your energy, you can ensure you have the stamina needed to stay engaged at work and home.
You can achieve financial security by meeting your financial goals, saving for your future and reducing your financial risks.
