There are plenty of things you can accomplish in two minutes. Blowing through a bag of honey BBQ kettle chips comes to mind. But downloading an app that sets you on a path to mental wellbeing may be one of the healthier ways to spend 120 seconds.
Modern Health offers virtual one-on-one and group counseling (Circles) and therapy sessions, along with digital courses and meditations, to support you through short- or long-term struggles.
- Up to 10 video sessions and unlimited texting with a certified coach
- Up to 10 video or in-person sessions with a licensed therapist
- Unlimited self-guided meditations, programs, and exercises
- Live topic-based community sessions let by therapists and coaches

EAP Work-Life Services (powered by Modern Health)
We can all use a hand—or even just an ear—from time to time. With the Modern Health Global Employee Assistance Program (EAP), powered by Workplace Options, you and your family can take advantage of a wide range of free concierge services to help with everyday tasks. The EAP/Work-Life Services program offers:
- 24/7 individual crisis support with a master’s level counselor for help with urgent needs, including elevated anxiety and depression
- Financial consultations and resources
- Legal consultations with an attorney
- Online and assisted searches for child and elder care, home improvement, veterinarians and pet sitting and more

Certifications and trainings
Mental Health Aware: This introductory course raises awareness of mental health issues. This is a four-hour virtual training, with learning taking place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities.
Suicide First Aid: Suicide First Aid is comprised of 2 parts, each 90 minutes duration. The program teaches the skills needed to identify someone who may be thinking about suicide and to pass the person onto a Suicide First Aider.
Mental Health Awareness for Managers: Standard four-hour curriculum is designed for people leaders and covers the following key learnings: understanding the purpose and role of mental health first aid, identifying the impact mental health challenges and recovery in the workplace, workplace safety and privacy, recognizing signs and symptoms, self-care and more.
Mental Health First Aid Certification: a high-impact, skills-based training program that teaches you how to offer help to a person who may be experiencing mental health challenges and, if necessary, how to reach out for emergency services.
Monthly Spark Head-to-Head with Mental Wellbeing Series: Interactive, virtual monthly discussions and educational seminars designed to inform and educate you about mental health and addiction or substance-use issues.
